PCS successfully integrated a Siemens TP177B Touch Panel HMI to an existing S7-300 PLC system for a newer customer. The original system was installed by a much larger OEM, however, our customer didn't have much confidence with their abilities from past experiences. After many recent successful projects using PCS, they were very happy with our performance and they decided to go with us for this request.
By using a smaller-scale Integrator, they appreciated the more personalized service and attention to detail not present with the larger OEM. Via a single-point of contact with PCS, they could have all their sales and technical questions answered, along with some services rendered, without constantly being redirected to another person. With the larger OEM's, you have many more layers involved which may sometimes lead to miscommunication, tasks being overlooked, or delays in the project while waiting for answers.
